Unless otherwise stated, the following processing times will apply to all orders:
|Dispatched within 1-2 working days||Cards, Chocolate Bars and Selected Mugs|
|Dispatched within 1-3 working days||Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered and Candles|
|Dispatched within 3-5 working days||Ceramic, Printed Glass and Everything Else|
Whilst under normal circumstances we will adhere to the above times there may be circumstances beyond our control that may extend these times, ie quality control issues, public holidays, etc.
Production will start the on the day the order is placed if received before 12pm.
*All orders placed via Royal Mail Tracked (Next Day) Delivery before 12pm Monday - Friday are delivered the next working day via either Royal Mail or Courier Service (Does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery). Orders received after Friday 12pm will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Orders that contain more than 5 items cannot be guaranteed Next Day or Express Delivery.
Please note: We will deliver to the billing/delivery address you supplied on your order. We cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect and results in non-delivery. In these circumstances we will wait for the item to be returned back to us before we can re-send it out to you again at a corrected address (there is an additional postage charge for resending it back to you). Refunds will not be given for personalised items that are made to order.
